Title: By how much is 4G more efficient than 3G ?

Every new technology in telecoms since inception has unsurprisingly been more efficient than the previous standards. Data Points suggest that 4G is almost 100% more efficient v/s 3G in terms of erlang. An erlang is how many voice calls can be handled simultaneously.

If in one hour a network handled one hundred 6 mins calls, thence 600mins of total traffic, it would have 10 erlangs. Further, the cost
of transmitting data is also 80% cheaper than it is with 3G.
