Error- Google Cloud Platform service has been disabled

I was getting the following error when I tried to Create a Project.


--- Quote ---Google Cloud Platform service has been disabled. Please contact your administrator to turn the service on in the Google Workspace Admin console.
--- End quote ---

1. Google Cloud Platform was enabled
2. Click on "Google Cloud Platform" it will take you to the next screen where you will have to enable "Project Creation Settings" --"Allow Users to Create Projects"
