Airtel has introduced two new 4G/ 3G data packs as follows,
With Rs.1498 pack get 1GB 4G/3G data upfront and enjoy unlimited number of 1GB 4G/3G recharges @ Rs 51 over the next 12 months
With Rs.748 pack get 1GB 4G/3G data upfront and enjoy unlimited number of 1GB 4G/3G recharges @ Rs 99 over the next 6 months
Let us assume you consumer 1 GB of High Speed Mobile Data very month.
1st Month you get 1 GB when you recharge / activate the Rs 1498 Plan. Subsequently Rs 51 for the next 11 Months = Rs 561
RS 1498 + Rs 561 = Rs 2059 / 12 = Rs 171 / GB of Data is what you have effectively Paid to Airtel which in our opinion is very expensive as Reliance Jio is offering High Speed Mobile Data at Rs 99 / GB (http://www.complaintbox.in/reliance-jio-4g-mobile-data-plans-cheaper-airtel/).
