TCS basically helps clients in understanding how their business models could be changed through digitization, right from knowing their customers better to the changes needed in the products or services, which new consumers should be targeted, establishing new
channels of collaborations, reinventing processes and finally bringing changes at work places, i.e. location of the whole supply chain to end points.

The company has committed substantial investments to digital and newer technology space. It has trained 111k associates, created 305k competencies and delivered 65 plus new curriculum. Also, it possesses >400 digital tools and platforms.TCS has clocked USD2.4bn
revenue in the digital domain and is currently engaging with 52% clients in digital technology.

Technology spend within organisations is increasingly being directed towards addressing emerging social media, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies (SMAC) trends, as well as the continued demand for equipment that helps improve scalability, bandwidth and
processing capabilities. Businesses are trying to align their existing tools to the emerging technologies, and investing to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
