Like Silicon Valley, India now has multiple small breeding grounds backed by investors ? increasingly, these include local investors. The ecosystem is developing rapidly to foster innovation-driven businesses. However, the talent pool is a constraint. There has been
an influx of talent returning from Silicon Valley, which bodes well. Finding the right talent is an important task for founders. A small team of engineers (even five) is sufficient for an app/product/platform. Acqui-hiring appears to be picking up as a way to recruit better talent.
