I have just taken a new Reliance Jio connection 2 days back and my Jio number is currently successfully activated.
But still I am not able to make any calls or connect to the internet. My internet browser is giving an error message :- You have exhausted your Account balance / Credit limit,and my MY JIO app is giving an error :: There are no plans available for this service
Also when I try to recharge with '0' amount it gives an error :: You are on a plan which automatically renews every month. Changes not allowed on this plan.
Please look into this and let me know for any concerns.
