Marketing partners highlighted that advertisers are not pushing back on pricing given the continued high ROI they?re seeing from Facebook. Carousel ads, dynamics product ads, and video were highlighted this quarter as being in high demand as they?ve proven to be very effective for advertisers.

Marketing partners commented that Instagram has been increasing advertiser reach, especially among younger demographics. Further, partners said that Instagram has not been cannibalistic to total FB spending with some seeing an incremental 5-10% of
spending from Instagram. In terms of ad budgets, marketing partners believe that Facebook will continue to increase share of ad budgets, driven by video, Instagram, and using the platform as a branding tool.
