Just Dial faces significant competition from incumbents in e-commerce. However we do see merit in Just Dial business model of leveraging local vendors (allows company to be competitive on pricing as local vendors work on low cost structures). Additional debate is about incumbents having significant focus on last mile delivery on one hand and Just Dial opting to stay away from such investments. We understand that Just Dial sees opportunity in proximity based selling and initiatives such as JD guarantee and 7 hour delivery seems to be  a step in the right direction (JD guarantee initiative is an acknowledgement that Just Dial is getting involved in screening vendors based on service/quality levels)
