Based on what the Reliance Chief has told so far, here is the math behind the Plan which Jio is likely unveil when it launches its services on Jan-2017.
Jio 4G LTE ~RS 200 Pre-Paid Plan
Validity - 28 Days
Voice - Unlimited
4G LTE Mobile Data - 2GB
Wi-Fi Hotspot Data - 2GB
Rs 200 - Rs 30 (GST) = Rs 170
Rs 170 - Rs 60 (Interconnect Usage Charges to be paid to other Operators) = Rs 110
Rs 110 - Rs 100 (2GB of 4G Mobile Data at Rs 50 / GB) = Rs 10
Rs 10 - Wi-Fi Access at Rs 5 / GB
Of course all these are approximations but the Plan around ~Rs 200 will offer something similar to this.
Add - There will be some amount of Subscription Revenue / On Demand Content Viewing, we are not sure about the pricing of the same, but it will be affordable.
