BSNL has introduced new tariff plans for Movie on Demand service offered for broadband customers in association with Hungama Digital Media and Entertainment. This tariff plan will be available for BSNL DataOne Broadband subscribers across all circles with effect from 1st May 2016.
Cost of the pack:
Rs 49 for Blockbuster A category movies
Rs 99 for Blockbuster A++ category movies. Applicable only on Streaming Movies from Hungama's Cloud Servers.
It appears that BSNL's Video on Demand above offer is a revenue sharing deal with Hungama Digital Media Entertainment. This is the way to go in an era of NetNeutrality - Successful Partnerships With Content Owners by Telcos :-)
