The total VC/PE funding to internet companies in Feb-17 was US$161mn. The year-on-year activity saw a dip of 33%. As was the case in January, large (US$100mn+) funding rounds were missing and led to a decline in overall funds raised on yoy basis although the number of deals was healthy relative to last year.
