Just Dial Omni, a CRM and inventory management platform for MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) with online e-commerce solutions, will empower local businesses by catapulting them into the online e-commerce space with efficient inventory/service management. While Just Dial gains access to the vendor?s inventory, the data can also be seamlessly linked to the databases of other e-commerce vendors. Later versions of the product will allow for integration of accounting, payroll processing and tax computation.
Our channel checks suggest that businesses joining JD Omni would have to pay a monthly fee of INR2,000 along with a set-up charge of INR20,000, or opt for a lump-sum payment of INR100,000-120,000. In its pre-launch stage, the product has received a positive response. Management is confident that this can become an additional revenue driver for the company soon after the formal launch
