Torrent Sites and Traffic are blocked at Multiple Levels - DoT is blocking the sites itself and ISPs are blocking the traffic.
In this tug of war, I wasn't able to download Kali Linux for AMD 64 using Torrents. I was getting the message Error : no sources found for torrent I don't think this Torrent could have been blocked but for some reason it would Fail.
So How to Download the Same in such a Situation ?
Instead of searching through your browser, Search using the Torrent Client for the Torrent you are looking for. This way it gets you the link to torrent which it can access and Bingo I was able to download :-)
I could have downloaded directly, but didn't want to clog server even though CDN could be employed so no direct hogging on to a single server but old habits die hard - Use Distributed Computing :-)
