Reliance Communication's India non-voice revenue of INR12.6 billion in Dec-15 quarter is less than half of Airtel's India data revenues of INR 29.4 billion in Sep-15 quarter. However, total data traffic of 115 billion MB on Airtel's network is just ~12% higher than RCom's data traffic of 103.2 billion MB.
Even assuming that all non-voice revenues are from data, it suggests that RCom's realized rates (on data) are at significant discount to the other large players. It might be partially due to cheaper dongle-based data plans.
