Spectrum Usage Charges - SUC for 2300mhz spectrum will be raised from the current 1.0% to 4.0- 4.5%. TRAI says it will be difficult to bifurcate revenue for 1800mhz and 2300mhz, which may allow operators to benefit from the SUC differential between 2300mhz and other bands, which are charged at a SUC of 5%. This should impact Reliance Jio, which has the largest portfolio of 2300mhz spectrum, and Bharti Airtel to a less degree.
