Infosys' existing propositions such as large deals, reframing existing work contracts in IMS, App Maintenance and going forward, in App Development as well.

This helps Infosys in client situations where there is competition. On the other hand, MANA finds use in the NEW ? predictive analytics, analytics based business process transformation. Infosys showcased some impressive case studies on how MANA has given it deep differentiation.

Infosys has created a new, niche, laser-focused sales team to help propagate MANA and other new offerings (platforms, solutions)
among its mainstream client base. This specialized sales team will work with account managers and client partners to drive client adoption of the NEW. One of the areas, that we believe, that Infosys needs to work on in offering new solutions using MANA is to go beyond point solutions and strive for scalability. Point solutions will not provide the needed scalability for a company of Infosys' size
